Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • India: 3–7 business days after dispatch (may vary by location)
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided), which you can use to track your shipment.

4. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India.

If shipping is not available for your location, you will be notified at checkout.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote or inaccessible delivery locations

In case of delays, we will try our best to coordinate with the courier service.

6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address
  • Lost packages due to wrong address
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incomplete information

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email.

We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Refusal of COD orders may result in restricted access to future COD services.
